How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and follow up on proposed projects.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse (per-IP rate limiting via Upstash).
• To measure real-user performance (Core Web Vitals) so we can keep the site fast.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors, each bound by their own privacy terms: Resend (email delivery), Upstash (rate-limit storage), Amazon Web Services (hosting via CloudFront and Lambda), and Cloudflare (DNS and edge WAF). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use third-party ad networks.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data you have sent us at any time. Email info@ignsolutions.io and we will respond within one business day.
